Chris Holden
Founder and Project Manager
Chris founded Connect Interiors in 2015, building on a 25-year career in the commercial interiors industry. His experience spans a range of roles, including sales, business development, and project management.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Chris has successfully launched and grown businesses across diverse sectors, including hospitality, import and distribution, and interior fitout.
He is passionate about all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on maintaining reputational excellence. Chris has a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, earning the ongoing trust and support of our clients.
Dan Kim
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Dan leads our quantity surveying and estimation functions. As a qualified Quantity Surveyor, he brings extensive experience across all facets of commercial interiors. Dan is passionate about helping clients achieve exceptional results, every time.
Known for his focused and considered approach, Dan has earned a strong reputation for precision and attention to detail. Our clients appreciate his ability to deliver comprehensive, accurate, and reliable tender submissions they can trust.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys preparing his car for track days at Hampton Downs, modding automatic watches, and exploring photography through both film and digital formats.
Daniel Lander
Sales and Project Manager
Daniel brings a wealth of experience from a long history in large-scale commercial flooring projects, combined with a hybrid background in main contractor construction management. This unique mix gives him a broad understanding of both technical delivery and the wider demands of project coordination.
As Sales and Project Manager, Daniel manages client relationships and ensures every project is delivered to contracted requirements. He is dedicated to making sure clients are supported throughout the process, with a strong emphasis on quality, communication, and care.
Calm and professional, Daniel is known for his attention to detail, reliability, and ability to bring teams and clients together to achieve outstanding results.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young son, renovating his home, and playing a variety of musical instruments.
